How to prepare more effectively

The tool does not replace career advice or company research. It helps you organize factual examples and connect them with the job requirements.

1. Connect the resume and job

Paste the job ad in the builder, save a baseline and open interview preparation.

2. Draft STAR examples

For each important question, write the situation, task, action and measurable result.

3. Practice concise answers

Start with a 60–120 second answer, then shorten it without losing specific evidence.

How the local interview plan works

The tool connects your saved resume content with requirements from the pasted job description. It does not research the employer or predict hiring probability. Its purpose is to organise truthful examples that you can explain and defend in an interview.

Five question groups

  • Motivation and fit: why this role, employer and industry.
  • Experience: decisions, responsibilities and outcomes described in the resume.
  • Skills: tools, working methods and requirements from the job description.
  • Situational: conflict, priorities, mistakes, time pressure and collaboration.
  • Verification: employment gaps, career changes, language level and figures used in the resume.

STAR answer example

Situation: campaigns were generating leads at an unsustainable cost. Task: reduce acquisition cost without lowering lead volume. Action: I repaired measurement, excluded weak segments and tested new messages. Result: cost per lead fell by 21% within three months. Use only figures and actions you can verify.

Pre-interview checklist

  1. Review the employer’s official website, product, customers and current information.
  2. Select three achievements most relevant to the role.
  3. Prepare a short explanation of every figure and your actual contribution.
  4. Practise answers lasting 60–120 seconds.
  5. Write at least three questions for the recruiter.
  6. After the interview, record decisions and next steps in the application tracker.

Analysis limitations

The generator uses local rules and does not know the organisation’s culture, the interviewer or undisclosed hiring criteria. It does not replace your own research, employer information or professional advice.
